For weddings within 90 Days of booking.

Payment in full is required to secure your date.

For weddings booked more than 90 days in advance, but in the same calendar year

50% Deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

For weddings booked for the following calendar year

50% Deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Please inquire about bookings more than one calendar year in advance.

The Celebrations Room Ceremonies

Can be booked 12 months per year. The Celebrations Room is an excellent ‘rain backup’ location for Weddings in the Wild.

The Oceans Room

Can be booked from October 1st through April 30th, during the hotel’s quiet season. Weddings here can accommodate a larger number of guests and The Anchor Pub is available for booking if you’d like to have a dance! Please ask us about Weddings at The Oceans Room for inquiries of up to 75 guests!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of 60 days are subject to a $50.00 Administration fee.

Cancellations within 60 days will have the 50% deposit withheld*.
